Action for Happiness, Call for submissions

The Medway Poetry Group are putting together a book to be called "Action for Happiness" in verse. We have already published two books, The Medway Hour of Poetry and Medways Little Treasures.

The Medway Poetry Group are asking poets to send us poetry relating to happiness and how to become happy. There is no charge to enter poems (six max) and the poems given free but copyright remains with the poet.

To find out about Action for happiness go to www.actionforhappiness.org

Poems should be posted to www.mpghappiness.co.uk Danny Hammell a co-editor will be sorting them out. All profits on the sale of the book will go to Action for happiness. Their movement is growing all the time and is international. Any questions can be sent to terrygodwin@talktalk.net. We hope to complete this project in 3-4 months.

We will read some of the poems out when we read in the radio room of The Sunlight Centre at Gillingham with the poets' permission. We look forward to hearing from poets with their happy poems.
