The TRYangle Project Poetry Competition 2011 will close at midnight tonight. So if you have not yet entered your poems, there is still time for you to do so and use your poem to help victims of Domestic Abuse. So far we have received 136 poems, and hve raised £127.20 for the charity. This amount represents a third of the net entry fees of £381.59. The TRYangle Project Short Story Competition 2011.
This short story competition is seriously under-target so far and the deadline is likely to be extended. We will announce the extention later today after a meeting with the charity and review our publicity strategy for the competition to try and make it not only a strong competition, but a successful one in raising the much needed funds for the charity. As at 2am today the short story competition has managed only 28 stories and raised just £34.70 for the charity. We believe that a extension extension will help the figures.
